In addition to many of your favorite vendors, we’ve added a few new names to our list. Be sure to visit these great vendors:
Our homemade pasta is made with white or whole wheat flour, semolina and fresh eggs. We specialize in three types of ravioli (jumbo, half-moon, and square) and tagliatelle (flat noodles in 3 different widths). All our additional ingredients are fresh. Antonio makes the ricotta and mascarpone that goes into our ravioli. We roast or bake fresh vegetables, harvest the herbs from the garden, and make each batch to be fresh-frozen until it reaches the farmers market.
This week, Antonio will have 1) Ravioli w/ Sausage & Kale, 2) Ravioli w/ asparagus, 3) Lemon Zest Ravolli, 4) Tagliatelle spinach and plain.
Alta Cucina was one of our season 1 vendors. After a hiatus, Adriana returns with Balsamic Vinegars, Balsamic Jams, Infused Olive Oils, Pestos, Tomato Sauces and Seasoning Blends & Salts. Her Blueberry Balsamic Vinegar was 2014 Flavor of Georgia Grand Prize Winner.
Simply Seoul makes all natural, vegan kimchi, Korean BBQ steam buns and Korean BBQ sauces from the finest ingredients, including locally grown organic produce. We serve up hand-crafted steam buns with local, organic Korean BBQ. We also have seasonal varieties of kimchi. Our most popular Napa Cabbage Kimchi is most Atlanta big natural foods stores.
Formaggio is a cheesemonger committed to bringing the highest quality dairy products from all over Georgia. They will have a variety of cheeses from Southern Swiss Dairy, Yellow Branch, Udderly Cool, and Orobianco.
