My first TFM meal

Rib meat from Happy Hogs, rubbed with Seasonest Mild Spice Blend and little salt and pepper, and tossed in the crock pot for 8 hours. With baked sweet potatoes and a salad of spinach and radishes on the side — all from local farmer, Steve Miller.
